RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Exchange product within 30 days of purchase on un-used, undamaged product in the original packaging. Product return must be initialized by first emailing info@watersuperstoreinc.com prior to 30 days from purchase date in order to receive an exchange.
Upon receiving the item back, we will inspect it for good condition. If it is in acceptable condition, we will process the exchange. We are unable to exchange products after 30 days of purchase.
Shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Credit card processing fees (approx 3%) will be deducted from any exchange price differences.

Shipping to remote areas may incur additional charges which will be billed after original order and must be paid prior to shipping. In stock items will ship next business day. If requesting a receiving signature, or any other special delivery instructions, please add to shipping instructions. If no one is home when your order is delivered it will be left for you but we cannot assume responsibility for your order once it has been dropped off.
