RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Exchange product within 30 days of purchase on un-used, undamaged product in the original packaging. Product return must be initialized by first emailing info@watersuperstoreinc.com prior to 30 days from purchase date in order to receive an exchange.
Upon receiving the item back, we will inspect it for good condition. If it is in acceptable condition, we will process the exchange. We are unable to exchange products after 30 days of purchase.
Shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Credit card processing fees (approx 3%) will be deducted from any exchange price differences.
